Roundtable - Operations

NETGAIN ACCOUNTING SUMMIT 2026

Fix It Before Your Build It:

Getting Your NetSuite Foundation Right

Grab a seat at a facilitated, operations-focused roundtable made for the NetSuite administrators and operations leaders who hold the whole system together. Think working session, not slide deck. With a knowledgeable facilitator steering the conversation, you will swap honest, in-the-weeds tactics for scaling NetSuite: tightening operational efficiency, optimizing the system you already have, and spotting the automation that genuinely earns its place.

Look for frank dialogue on what everyone is wrestling with right now, from AI in the back office (hype versus what actually works), to untangling systems sprawl, doing more without growing the team, owning data governance, making the business case for new tech, driving real process adoption, and earning finance a voice in strategy. Bring your hard-won lessons and your open questions, and walk away with ideas you can put to work the moment you are back at your desk.
