Based in Tampa, Florida, Derek is responsible for client delivery, practice strategy, and expanding CrossCountry’s NetSuite capabilities internationally.

Derek brings deep experience in financial systems design, custom software development, and rapid system configuration, helping organizations modernize accounting and operational processes at scale. Earlier in his career, he led software sales and implementations across global markets, including the Middle East and Australia, and held senior operations roles delivering Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions for clients in banking, logistics, and other industries.
