At Netgain, we are looking for a highly motivated Marketing Manager to lead the development and implementation of the overall marketing and funnel management strategy for a high-growth software company. In this role, you will report directly to the CEO and be responsible for the overall company marketing strategy, branding, website, and budget. You’ll have the unique ability to work at one of the fastest growing companies and sell some of the best-reviewed SAAS financial products in the Oracle NetSuite ecosystem. Your day-to-day activities will be non-routine and complex, providing you a chance to be fully engaged in rewarding work.

You will be successful in this role as you develop and deliver a leading marketing and funnel management strategy that helps Netgain maximize success through improved brand awareness, increased brand value, capturing the attention of and educating prospects, and converting interest into sales.

  • Work with sales and account management teams for customer evangelists to create PR, media, and marketing opportunities.

  • Maintain the Netgain website, social media channels, and posts & updates

  • Understand and drive SEO optimization strategies

  • Drive marketing campaigns, assets, communications, and messaging

  • Develop marketing collateral and sales tools (e.g., brochures, datasheets, presentations, and proposals)

  • Determine and coordinate online and onsite events like webinars, tradeshows, seminars and customer events

  • Report on periodic activities, results, and ROI for marketing

  • Implement marketing strategies to meet or exceed demand generation and revenue targets

  • Implement global content and collateral strategy for key Netgain partners

  • Influence and communicate with stakeholders to drive program alignment and satisfaction

  • Strategize on marketing for select global partners through analysis and understanding of competitive landscape

  • Maintain calendar of events to include trade shows,

  • Ability to travel as necessary (<25%)



  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration

  • 3+ years marketing experience, with software companies a plus

  • Experience building marketing programs and reporting on the results

  • Exposure to digital and direct response marketing

  • Competence as a creative writer with an eye for great emails and landing pages

  • Strong communication, sales, and presentation skills

  • Strong project management skills, including problem solving and metrics-driven thinking

  • Goal oriented, flexible, and creative under pressure—often while juggling several projects at once

  • Expert knowledge of current marketing trends and multimedia platforms is essential

  • They must have strong leadership skills and the ability to hire, train, and motivate team members in a growing company

  • Strong budgeting, internet, and computer skills
